When You Arrive:

Hotel check-in is usually around 3 PM, but if you arrive earlier, the hotel can store your luggage so you can head straight out and start exploring. If you have any questions about your specific check-in time, just drop us an email or give us a call.

Matchday – It’s Game Time!

Make sure you have your e-tickets ready before heading to Craven Cottage. Go to the entrance displayed on your ticket, where stewards will scan your ticket and direct you to your exclusive hospitality area.

You'll receive your full matchday itinerary 7–14 days before the game, so you'll know exactly where to go and what time to arrive ahead of kickoff.

Heading Home:

Sadly, all good things must come to an end. Be sure to check your hotel's check-out time when you arrive. If you’re planning to enjoy more time in London before heading home, the hotel can store your bags for you.
